HELP WANTED: In accordance with the employment policies of Austin County, notice is
hereby given that Austin County is accepting applications for a Computer Systems Technician.
Duties include and responsible for providing user support necessary for day-to-day operation
and maintenance of one or more Local Area Networks. Installing, moving, maintaining hardware
and software; performing programming; troubleshooting reported problems with equipment or
software. Also includes supporting stand-alone personal computer and Mobile Data Terminal
applications.
Must have TLETS Full Access, along with TCIC access, as outlined by the Department of Public
Safety.
Depending on experience, but no more than an annual salary of $35,000.00.
